CGTC Names Wykesia Stafford 2018 GOAL Winner

CGTC Names Chereese Clayton its 2018 EAGLE Delegate

Warner Robins, Ga. – Twelve years ago, adult education student, Chereese Clayton, felt like a failure and a disappointment to her family and herself.

CGTC Aircraft Structural Technology Graduates Find Employment with Gulfstream

Warner Robins, Ga. – An urgent hiring need recently brought Gulfstream Aerospace to Central Georgia Technical College (CGTC) and after interviews with candidates in the Aircraft Structural Technology (AST) program, seven students have earned employment.

Georgia VECTR Center Offers Breakfast and Free Haircuts to Veterans

Warner Robins, Ga. – Waves of appreciative veterans lined up for breakfast burritos and free haircuts, at the Georgia Veterans Education Career Transition Resource (VECTR) Center on Thursday, and at least for one, it came as a healthy serving of the unique work of the Center.

Warner Robins, Ga. – As workforce training becomes a higher priority for companies growing in the central Georgia region, the Economic Development Division of Central Georgia Technical College (CGTC) accounted for 46 percent of the customized contract training hours delivered in the state.
