Training on the GO

Training on the GO is a 3-week integrated education and training program that focuses on impacting individuals through short-term education and training programs designed to quickly move participants toward securing and sustaining a livable wage. Targeted, contextualized classes through Central Georgia Technical College’s Adult Education Program are designed to help individuals successfully pass the GED® exam, align with short-term industry recognized training, and be successful in the workforce.

Training on the GO Participant Benefits

Students may choose from the following program options of Hospitality & Tourism or Warehouse Distribution & Fundamentals to complete their training and receive the following industry-recognized credentials:

Eligible participants must be:

  • Enrolled in CGTC’s Adult Education program
  • Committed to three weeks of class, Monday – Thursday 8:00 AM – 2:30 PM
    (Certification training hours may vary)
  • Age 18 and older
  • Measurable Skill Gain preferred
