CGTC has partnered with Nelnet, a leading educational planning and financing company that provides billing and customer services for students.
The Nelnet Automatic Payment Plan is not a loan program. There are no interest or finance charges, and there is no credit check. For a non-refundable enrollment fee (per semester), Nelnet will pay your tuition and fees and provide you with a monthly payment plan divided into several payments.
Your payments to Nelnet may be made by a direct transfer from your bank account or by credit/debit card. Your down payment and enrollment fee are processed immediately upon signing up, and your monthly payments are processed automatically by Nelnet on the 5th of each month.
Enrollment in the Nelnet Automatic Payment Plan will be available once registration for the next semester begins.
The Nelnet Payment Plan can be accessed by logging into your Banner Self-Service account.

6. Choose your term code and click on Select Term
7. Enter the amount you want to pay and click on Pay by Credit
8. Enter your credit card information and click Continue Credit Card Payment

To create an account to Pay by Payment Plan with Nelnet:
1. Log-in to your Banner Self-Service account
2. Click on Charges and Payments
3. Click on Pay Online
4. Choose your term code and click on Select Term
5. Enter the amount you want to pay and click on Pay by Payment Plan with Nelnet
6. Complete the steps as prompted
To manage an existing Nelnet account (change your method of payment):
1. Log-in to your Banner Self-Service account
2. Click on Student Services
3. Click on Student Records
4. Click on Nelnet Payment Plan Login
5. Enter the correct information in the boxes to update your account
6. Click on Next
7. Complete the steps as prompted
