Student Eligibility
To be considered for federal or state financial aid a student must:
- Be enrolled as a regular student in an eligible program or major; and
- Be a U.S. citizen or eligible non-citizen; and
- Have a high school diploma (or equivalent) or pass an approved Ability-to-Benefit Test; and
- Make satisfactory academic progress; and
- Not be in default/overpayment/exceed limit on any type of student loan; and
- Not owe a refund on any type of federal or state aid; and
- Register with Selective Service, if required; and;
- Have a valid Social Security Number; and
- Have resolved any drug conviction issue according to federal regulations.
