Introduction to Lean – 1 Day Class | 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM | $275

This course is designed to provide an introduction to a different process mindset, that will revolutionize your business through an innovated systematic approach that is customized to your business management and processes, yielding real performance results.

The course introduces participants to the LEAN methodology, the five (5) principles of Lean, the seven (7) process wastes, the importance and results of flow vs. batch, plus introduce five (5) process improvement tools: the A3 model, kaizen, 5S, value stream mapping/analysis and cells.

The students will participate in at least three (3) exercises/simulations to ensure the concepts are understood and retained.

Electric Vehicle Fundamentals – Online ($2635)

The EVF course is designed to assess your comprehension of fundamental EV concepts and can be used to help you secure entry-level positions in the areas of automotive assembly and production of electric vehicles. Additionally, learning about electric vehicle manufacturing can serve as a stepping stone for further training pathways in EVs, allowing you to build a long-term career in an industry with plenty of opportunities for advancement and good-paying jobs.

Throughout this electric vehicle training program, you will learn about a wide variety of topics related to electric vehicles, including the introduction to EV production, assembly, safety, quality, electrical units, and battery components. These fundamental concepts will provide you with a strong foundation for any career pathway you may pursue in the field of EV.

By course completion, you will be prepared to become an SME- Electric Vehicle Fundamentals (EVF) and enter a high-demand career field. This course offers enrollment with or without a voucher. The voucher covers the fee to sit for the certifying exam upon eligibility.


Six Sigma: Total Quality Fundamentals – Online ($175)

Home Inspection Certificate – Online ($2595)

The Home Inspection Certificate Course covers the principal components, procedures, and processes of home inspection. This course has also been approved by the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) and various home inspector organizations and regulatory boards for membership renewal credits or continuing education credits. It is also one component of the steps required to obtain a NIBI Certified Inspector credential.

Press Operator: Hot Stamping – Online ($1645)

A Press Operator is responsible for the routine production of a coil-fed stamping press. This course provides an intensive overview of the skills necessary for hot stamping press work. You will learn the math, inspection, safety, materials, quality, stamping, forming, and automation to work as a hot stamping press operator.


Press Operator: Cold Stamping – Online ($1645)

The course provides an intensive overview of the skills necessary for cold stamping press work. You will learn about math, inspection, safety, materials, quality, stamping, forming, and automation as you prepare for a successful career as a press operator performing cold stamping.


Quality Inspector – Online ($2195)

This accelerated Quality Inspector course provides an intensive overview of the skills necessary for quality assurance and inspection, including math, inspection, safety, materials, quality, and management.


Manufacturing Applications – $175 (Online)

Learn how successful organizations effectively use master production scheduling (MPS), production activity control (PAC), material requirements planning (MRP), and inventory management.


Discover Digital Photography – $175.00 (Online)

This course will teach you all about digital cameras, from DSLRs to smart phone cameras and what different equipment is used for. You will learn about different display methods for your camera, including sizing, print options, online storage, and how social media factors into digital photography. If you have old slides, negatives, or prints, this course will also teach you how to scan those “old school” photo assets.

After completing the course, you will understand how the process of composing photos has changed with the evolving capabilities of digital photography.
