Institutional Effectiveness

The Division of Institutional Effectiveness is responsible for coordination and oversight of evaluation and planning processes that support mission fulfillment, quality assurance, and adherence to accreditation principles. Research and evaluation responsibilities are conducted to support collegiate planning, policy formation, and decision-making.

Commitment to Completion

Central Georgia Technical College is committed to increasing the number of college graduates within its seven county service delivery area. The College is involved in two national efforts to improve retention and graduation rates, Achieving the Dream (ATD) and Complete College Georgia (CCG).

CGTC was selected to be part of the Achieving the Dream National Reform Network, the nation’s most comprehensive non-governmental reform network for student success in higher education history.

CGTC is involved with teams from 60 colleges and universities in the TCSG and USG who have been given the task of developing plans to increase college completion at their institution.
