Study Abroad at York St. John University in England – Summer 2018

Experience England | June 30 – July 14, 2018

CGTC students will travel to Manchester, England, on the evening of Saturday, June 30th, then take a train to York St. John University in York, England, arriving on Sunday, July 1st. The group will depart York on Saturday, July 14th, and return to Atlanta that afternoon.

Two courses to be offered (students should choose only one):
Humanities 1101, Introduction to Humanities
Management 2500, International Business

Open to all TCSG students

If you are a TCSG student, you may register as a transient student at CGTC with no application fee. Credits will be transferred to your home institution at the end of the semester.

Historic Sites

Tour the city of York and visit historic sites such as Castle Howard and Whitby, the setting of Bram Stoker’s Dracula.

Inclusive Trip

Price per student will be $3,400 including airfare, tuition, transportation, and most meals. Each student will have a private bedroom and will share bathroom and shower facilities.

The trip includes one free day which you may choose to spend in London or Edinburgh (a two-hour train trip) at your own cost.

  • Virgin Atlantic #109 Manchester-Atlanta:
    Saturday, July 14, 11:00 am arriving Atlanta at 3:05 pm
