Eatonton, Ga. – This summer the Central Georgia Technical College (CGTC) Putnam County Center is offering residents an accelerated course to earn certification for a high-demand healthcare career.
During the upcoming summer semester, students can earn their Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in just 8 weeks.
“Healthcare careers are in demand and there is a need for highly trained and skilled individuals to enter the workforce,” said Frances Hewell, the CGTC program chair for CNA. “We want to equip residents of Putnam County to transform their careers and be a part of this industry.”

Eatonton, Ga. – Following the announcement of its job-creating distribution expansion in Putnam County, Bluestem Brands will host a job fair at the Putnam County Center of Central Georgia Technical College (CGTC) on Saturday, January 23, 2021, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
