LPN Bridge and Radiologic Technology Students Study Abroad for First Time with CGTC

Warner Robins, Ga. – In January, students from Central Georgia Technical College’s (CGTC) Licensed Professional Nursing Bridge Program and Radiologic Technology program took part in CGTC Health Sciences Study Abroad in St. Vincent and the Grenadines for the first time.
Student participation under these programs comes because of program development under a grant from the U.S. Department of State’s Increase and Diversify Education Abroad for U.S. Students (IDEAS) Program, which aims to develop and expand study abroad programs around the world for underrepresented students and programs. Hutchings College and Career Academy, CGTC, Perdue Foods Celebrate Work-Ready Students

Macon, Ga – William S. Hutchings College and Career Academy (HCCA), Central Georgia Technical College (CGTC) and Perdue Foods Perry Cook Facility (Perdue Foods) celebrated the full-time employment of two recent graduates with a signing ceremony on Friday, October 9, at 1 p.m. The event was held at the Robert J. Lady Titans Named NJCAA WBB Academic Team of the Year

Macon, GA – The National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) recently announced the 2019-20 Academic Teams of the Year. Despite an academic year that was interrupted due to COVID-19, NJCAA student-athletes flourished in the classroom as 1,026 teams earned at least a 3.0 GPA or better.
