Warner Robins, Ga. – Artificial intelligence continues to spread into everyday life, and now Central Georgia Technical College wants to get a step ahead.
The college is rolling out a new AI certificate this fall semester.
A recent International Business Machines survey found more than 40% of companies worldwide already use AI. Many others plan to adopt it in the next few years. That number drives why Central Georgia Technical College officials say the certificate came to life.
“It constantly changes and if you want to stay in on the forefront and learn you need to kind of stay active and involved,” said Dean of Business and Computer Technologies, Sabrina Swann. “It’s something new and it’s something that I feel could help me do my job or help me in my everyday activities.”
