Milledgeville, Ga.- Central Georgia Technical College’s (CGTC) Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) program has earned approval to expand its program to the Milledgeville campus of the College.
The ASN program is one of the signature Health Sciences degrees offered by the College. In 2018, the program graduated its first cohort out of the Warner Robins campus following its initial board approval to start the program in 2016.

Eatonton; GA – The Rotary Club of Greene and Putnam counties presented a check to the Putnam County Campus of Central GA Technical College for Adult Education, GED Testing, in the amount of three-hundred and fifty dollars.
This is the second year for the donation. Scott Gessay, the President of the Rotary, says, “One of Rotary’s focus areas here in the community is education. We provide scholarships to all five of the local high schools in Greene and Putnam Counties and one thing that we saw last year was a need to support the career academies both in Greene and Putnam so we’re providing this scholarship for that cause.”

Warner Robins, Georgia—Central Georgia Technical College (CGTC), one of the state’s largest two-year colleges, ended the Fall 2021 semester with a record single-term enrollment of 9,614 students. The College recorded more than 18 percent growth for credit students from Fall 2020 to Fall 2021. And, in comparison to pre-pandemic levels, the College was up by 16 percent over Fall 2019.

Warner Robins, Ga. – Brittany Forlader a Radiologic Technology student at CGTC from Warner Robins, has been named as the College’s winner of the Georgia Occupational Award of Leadership (GOAL) for 2022.
The announcement was made at the college’s GOAL recognition event at the beginning of December. As the winner, Forlader receives a monetary gift from the CGTC Foundation and its Board of Trustees, as well as a coveted parking spot on campus.

Warner Robins, Ga. – Central Georgia Technical College’s (CGTC) Adult Education Division (AED) recently announced, Dooly County resident, Carlie Brumley, 24, as its 2022 Exceptional Adult Georgian in Literacy Education (EAGLE) delegate.
Nominated by her instructor, Ethel Ross, and having participated in the College’s judging process, Brumley will now represent CGTC and the AED at the Dinah Culbreth Wayne EAGLE Leadership Institute in Atlanta, March 14-16, 2022.
