Warner Robins, Ga. – The Lofts at Houston Central, recently announced to the Central Georgia Technical College (CGTC) student body that they are now accepting student inquiries for its housing development on Sutherlin Drive adjacent to the Warner Robins Campus.

CGTC Academy Earns Accreditation for High School Program  

Warner Robins, GA – The Central Georgia Technical College Academy has been awarded high school accreditation from COGNIA, the high school accrediting agency in the state of Georgia. This makes the CGTC Academy the first high school program within the Technical College System of Georgia (TCSG) to earn the accreditation.

Dual Enrollment Study Abroad Program at CGTC Returns to Ireland

Warner Robins, Ga. – Eleven students at Central Georgia Technical College (CGTC) made their journey to Ireland this June, officially bringing back Georgia’s only dual enrollment study abroad program.
Partnering with the Institute of Study Abroad Ireland (ISAI), CGTC and its Office of Global Initiatives has been planning the 2022 trip since 2020, monitoring travel guidance from the state department in response to the global pandemic.

Central Georgia Technical College Introduces Young Women to Jobs in Welding Industry

Warner Robins, GA – Central Georgia Technical College will host girls from Bibb County School District’s MAGIC (Mentoring a Girl in Construction) Camp to introduce the group to the welding industry. The campers will visit the welding lab on the Macon campus on Thursday, June 9th from 9am to 11:30am.

University of Phoenix Announces Nursing Program Agreement With Central Georgia Technical College

Phoenix — University of Phoenix announces a new academic agreement with Central Georgia Technical College (CGTC) that supports building nursing career pathways from community college courses to higher degrees at the University.
