Pre-K Teacher at CGTC Child Development Center Named State Teacher of the Year Finalist

Warner Robins, Ga. – Heather Williams of Central Georgia Technical College’s (CGTC) Larry O’Neal Child Development Center (CDC) Georgia Pre-K Program is one of six finalists for Teacher of the Year for 2019-2020, named recently by Bright from the Start: Georgia Department of Early Care and Learning (DECAL).

CGTC’s Institutional Effectiveness Staff Donate Gifts to Children of Two Local Organizations

Warner Robins, Ga. – The Central Georgia Technical College (CGTC) Office of Institutional Effectiveness (IE) and its staff decided this holiday season it would give back to the community instead of a traditional gift exchange among staff members. The staff purchased gifts for children who are residents of or receive services from two of central Georgia’s charitable organizations, The Methodist Home for Children and Youth in Macon and the Rainbow House Children’s Resource Center (Rainbow House CRC) in Warner Robins.
