CGTC Instructor and GDC’s Vocational Teacher of the Year Finalist Teaches from the Inside, Out

Hawkinsville, Ga. – Woodrow Whipple, a Design and Media Production adjunct instructor for Central Georgia Technical College (CGTC) has been named a finalist for the Georgia Department of Corrections (GDC) Vocational Teacher of the Year, an honor he credits to his students on the inside of Pulaski State Prison.

CGTC Instructor Earns Post-Secondary Teacher of the Year Honors

Macon, Ga. –  More than 20 years of work in graphic design helped Central Georgia Technical College (CGTC) and Hutchings College and Career Academy (HCCA) instructor, Paige Welch, transition into a teaching career, but it was innumerable conversations with mentors that helped her get her stride.
