CGTC’S Adult Education EAGLE Delegate Selected as one of Eight Regional Finalists

Warner Robins, Ga. — The Technical College System of Georgia’s (TCSG) Adult Education Office recently announced Tequita Brown of CGTC as a finalist for its 2025 Dinah Culbreth Wayne Exceptional Adult Georgian in Literacy Education (EAGLE) award.
Brown, nominated by her instructor, Lisa Dennis, participated in the College’s comprehensive judging process in the fall semester to be named its representative for competition in January. As one of the eight EAGLE regional finalists across Georgia she will represent CGTC at the 2025 EAGLE Leadership Institute in Atlanta in March 2025. Read More

CGTC’S Adult Education Division Names Shayla Cochran as Eagle Delegate  

Warner Robins, Ga.— Central Georgia Technical College’s (CGTC) Adult Education Division (AED) recently announced, Shayla Cochran, as its 2024 Dinah Culbreth Wayne Exceptional Adult Georgian in Literacy Education (EAGLE) delegate. 
 Nominated by her instructor, Lisa Dennis, and having participated in the College’s judging process, Cochran will now represent CGTC and the AED at the EAGLE Leadership Institute in Atlanta, March 2024. The Leadership Institute recognizes and honors the state’s adult education students who have demonstrated superior achievement in their classes and programs.  Read More
