Macon, Ga. – Central Georgia Technical College’s (CGTC) Adult Education Division (AED) recently took part in a food drive with the Middle Georgia Community Food Bank to provide students and community members with goods in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Central Georgia Aviation Partnership Update: Following Spring Semester Interruption, CGTC Aerospace Programs are On-track for Fall

Macon, Ga – Just over one year has passed since Central Georgia Technical College (CGTC) joined Robins Air Force Base (Robins AFB) and the Macon-Bibb County Development Authority in the Central Georgia Aviation Partnership, in which, among being prime to launch economic growth in Georgia’s aviation sector, also gave the College’s Aviation programs a boost.

GED® Testing Resumes at CGTC

Warner Robins, Ga. – Testing for the GED® at Central Georgia Technical College (CGTC) Adult Education centers re-opened this week following recent closures related to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Adult Education Division is implementing CDC guidelines for social distancing as it invites test-candidates back into its facilities.
Test-candidates should be advised that walk-ins will not be accepted. All test candidates must schedule to test prior to arriving at the testing center. Testing slots are limited and only candidates are allowed in the building during testing. Read More

CGTC Waives Application Fee, Placement Tests for Summer and Fall 2020

Warner Robins, Ga. – Application procedures for Central Georgia Technical College (CGTC) are now more flexible and affordable.
CGTC President, Dr. Ivan H. Allen, approved the waiver of its application fee and placement tests in accordance with guidance from the Technical College System of Georgia (TCSG) for Summer and Fall 2020 semesters.
