CGTC Hosts Wellness Expo for Students

WARNER ROBINS, Ga. — From 10 a.m. to noon Thursday, students and staff at Central Georgia Technical College had the opportunity to take part in a “Wellness Expo,” an event focused not solely on their academic growth, but on their mental, physical and emotional health.

CGTC’s New Physical Therapist Assistant Program Opens for Initial Enrollment

Warner Robins, Ga. – The Health Sciences Division of Central Georgia Technical College (CGTC) announced its newest and most state-of-the-art program recently.  The Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program, an associate of applied science degree, on CGTC’s Warner Robins campus is now recruiting students for a fall semester 2019 program start.
The Commission on Accreditation of Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE) granted the program Candidacy for Accreditation on November 14, 2018. Candidacy for Accreditation is a pre-accreditation status of affiliation with CAPTE that indicates that the program is progressing toward accreditation and may matriculate students in technical courses.  Read More
