Watch: Slideshow from Summer Study Abroad Trip Offers Spectacular Images

In July, the Global Initiatives Office at Central Georgia Technical College (CGTC) saw their first cohort of students study abroad in York, England. Students took part in business and humanities courses at York St. John University’s (YSJU) Global Campus.
The trip followed an agreement signed in March which served to solidify the transition of its two-year curriculum to the four-year institution in York, United Kingdom. The July trip is the initial step in the partnership, which hopes to see students pursue other articulation routes into YSJU undergraduate programs that are currently under development. Read More

Support Available with CGTC’S Counseling Services and Resource Center

Warner Robins, Ga. – Services are taking shape at Central Georgia Technical College (CGTC) designed to support student, faculty, and staff well-being.
Counseling Services, and its executive director, Tonja Simmons, have put finishing touches on the Counseling Resource Center in which Simmons and her staff will provide counseling, as well as assistance and guidance in resolving personal, social or psychological problems and difficulties.
