Student Barber Competes at SkillsUSA Competition as CGTC’s First Representative

Macon, Ga. – In less than a month, Lyncetta Coleman will be one of many Barbering program students to walk across the stage at graduation, but in March, she was the first program student to test her abilities at the SkillsUSA Georgia barbering competition for Central Georgia Technical College (CGTC).

CGTC Barbering Students Cut Hair for Back-to-School Event

Warner Robins, Ga. – With an art classroom as a make-do barber shop, Barbering program students from Central Georgia Technical College (CGTC) cut hair for kids at the Houston County Board of Education’s (HCBOE) 8th annual Back2School Bash last Friday at C.B. Watson Primary School.
