Warner Robins, Ga. – The Central Georgia Technical College (CGTC) Adult Education Division recently took home five awards at the Technical College System of Georgia’s (TCSG) 2017 Adult Education Fall Conference and GED® Awards, including one individual award for a GED® graduate of outstanding achievement.

MILLEDGEVILLE, GA– Warner Robins native, Evan Haslund, makes history as Georgia Military College’s (GMC) first online graduate for its Bachelor of Applied Science (BAS) Degree Program in Business Management! He completed his classes on September 22, 2017. It’s an accomplishment he’s proud of.

Warner Robins, Ga. – An agreement has been signed between Central Georgia Technical College (CGTC) and York St John University (YSJU) in York, England that may see students expand their learning overseas.
“This agreement expands opportunities for our Associates of Applied Sciences (AAS) graduates to earn a bachelor’s degree in Great Britain.,” said Dr. Amy Holloway, vice president for Academic Affairs at CGTC, who visited the university last week along with Rick Hutto, executive director of Global Initiatives at CGTC to sign the agreement. Warner Robins, Ga. – Dr. Ivan Allen, president of Central Georgia Technical College (CGTC), announced recently that the following area students were named to the Central Georgia Technical College President’s Honor Roll for Summer Semester 2017.
To qualify, students must be in Academic Good Standing, earn a semester-based grade point average of 4.0 with an earned course load of at least 12 credit hours for the semester, with a work ethics grade of “2” or higher for each course completed. Read More

Milledgeville, Ga. – The Cosmetology program at Central Georgia Technical College (CGTC) will host a Fall Fundraiser on the College’s Milledgeville campus Saturday, September 16, 2017, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. in the H-Building. All Proceeds from the event benefit the Georgia War Veteran’s Home in Milledgeville.
Fundraising for local charities occurs annually for the Cosmetology program. Last year’s super-hero themed fundraiser benefiting pediatric cancer helped the program reach over $20,000 in the six years it has raised funds. Read More
