Warner Robins, Ga. – It’s no secret that great-paying jobs are waiting on highly-skilled and well-trained employees right now in Georgia. Central Georgia Technical College (CGTC) graduates can fill this workforce need, so the College has created a plan to help students greatly reduce or eliminate out-of-pocket expenses, and step into a career in two years or less.

CGTC Offering Evening Adult Welding Courses Inside Baldwin High School

Milledgeville, Ga. – When the semester begins on August 13 at Central Georgia Technical College’s (CGTC) Milledgeville campus, welding students will not be on campus. That is because Baldwin County High School is providing welding lab space for the College to offer evening Welding courses for credit.

CGTC Increases Tuition-Free Programs to 136 with New Hope Career Grant Additions

Warner Robins, Ga. – There is only one number Central Georgia Technical College (CGTC) wants current and prospective students to remember this summer: 136. This accounts for the total number of programs now eligible under the HOPE Career Grant, funding that allows qualified students to attend tuition-free.
The State Board of the Technical College System of Georgia (TCSG) approved additional diploma and certificate programs eligible for HOPE Career Grant funding at each of its 22 institutions statewide. Read More
