Registration Checklist

READ THE ONLINE CATALOG: Find your program of study on the online catalog and know the required curriculum.

READ THE PERSPECTIVE: Determine where and when the courses you need are offered.

PREPARE: Consider family, work, and other time conflicts that may arise. Know what classes you want to take before meeting with your advisor.

MEET WITH YOUR ADVISOR: Current students should schedule an appointment with their advisor before registering. Your advisor will help you select classes to meet your academic goals and give you your alternate PIN. Find out your advisor.

New students will meet with advisors after orientation.

REGISTER AND RECEIVE YOUR SCHEDULE AND BILL: Register online using BannerWeb (see help pages). Your schedule and bill can be viewed in BannerWeb. Make sure your class schedule is correct. If there is an error, contact your advisor or the Help Station. Corrections must be made by the third day of the quarter. If you experience any difficulty, visit the Help Station.

AUTHORIZE CHARGES: Students may authorize charges be covered by Financial Aid using BannerWeb.

PAY YOUR TUITION AND FEES: Payment may include: 1) cash, check or debit/credit card, 2) Financial Aid approved awards, 3) Approved Third Party, or 4) a combination of the above.

Winter Quarter Registration Information:

Important Dates:

Continuous Registration will be available from December 1, 2009 through January 5, 2010.
Additional scheduled registration dates and deadlines are listed online.
Drop period will be available only for the first three days, January 6 – January 8.
Adding period will be available for the first seven calendar days, January 6 – January 12.

Important Notes:

Students should contact their advisor before registering via Banner Web.
The code for Winter Quarter 2010 is 201003.
Registration Help Stations are available on scheduled Registration dates to assist students with the registration process and questions.
