Graduation Ceremony Information
Dates to Remember:
April 10, 2013: Deadline to submit your application to graduate and to participate in the graduation ceremony. Requests submitted after April 10th will not have name appear in the graduation program.
April 22 – May 6, 2013: Pick up your Academic Regalia:
- First Step: Pay $35.00 Graduation Fee at Business Office
- Second Step: Pick up your cap and gown* from the CGTC bookstore during regular store hours.
* Graduation Fee receipt is needed for cap and gown pick up
May 7, 2013: Graduation ceremony will be held at 7:00 p.m. at the Macon Centreplex Coliseum. All graduates must be seated in the Monument Room by 5:00 p.m.
