- Perkins Funding:
Institutional Effectiveness is the process of articulating the mission of the college, setting goals, defining how the college and community will know when these goals are being met, and using the data from assessment in an on-going cycle of planning and evaluation. This section of the web site allows Central Georgia Technical College Planning Units to develop Institutional Effectiveness Plans and Reports and creates an electronic archive of those plans and reports.

In this study, CCbenefits, Inc. applied a comprehensive economic model they developed with funding from the Association for Community College Trustees (ACCT). The model, which took over a year to develop, was designed to capture and quantify the economic and social benefits of community and technical colleges (CTCs). It relies on data collected from individual CTCs, and translates these into common sense benefit/cost and investment terms.
