CGTC Students Learn How to Stay "In the Running"
Central Georgia Technical College students students participated in a career services seminar, "In the Running," on February 4 at the Macon Campus. The workshop focused on building a professional image as part of preparing for a successful job interview.
The guest presenter was Don Stringfield, an adjunct faculty member in economics at CGTC who also works with individuals in the area of image development for successful employment.
The seminar focused on various topics ranging from verbal and nonverbal communication to proper dress to sending thank you cards after the interview.
The seminar was sponsored by CGTC's Office of Career Services.
