Central Georgia Technical College’s Annual Commencement Ceremony is June 18

Central Georgia Technical College will hold its annual commencement ceremony at the Macon Coliseum on Wednesday, June 18, 2008 at 7:00 p.m.

CGTC is pleased to announce The Honorable Robert Reichert, Mayor of the City of Macon, will be the keynote speaker. He was elected Mayor on November 6, 2007 and took office on December 11, 2007.

This event is held annually to honor those students who have completed their programs of study and are ready to begin their new careers or further their studies at other institutions. CGTC expects to celebrate the accomplishments of over 1,300 students who graduated within the 2007-2008 academic year.

A comprehensive higher education institution, Central Georgia Technical College enrolls over 8,000 students annually in over 200 career programs offering numerous degree, diploma and certificate options, in addition to customized business and industry services, continuing education and adult education services. The College serves Baldwin, Bibb, Crawford, Jones, Monroe, Putnam and Twiggs Counties.
