Qualifications:
A Bachelors’ degree in business administration, computer science, accounting or a related field; experience in BANNER financial aid; and at least three years experience in an area relevant to administration of educational financial accounting, financial aid, grants, etc. are required. Responsibilities:
The Director is responsible for the management & reconciliation of all student financial aid programs. Coordinate with college departments regarding student records and awards. Responsible for managing student financial aid application process, timely and accurate packaging, exercise professional judgment, and ensure financial aid is conducted in compliance with federal and state regulations and college policy. Assist with publications, outreach activities, and policy and procedure development. Advise students and parents regarding financial aid eligibility, registration processes and educational costs. Supervise, train, and evaluate staff members. This position reports to the Dean of Student Affairs.

Maintain library usage statistics, user surveys, and other quantitative measures for tracking library use and corresponding reports. Assist in the development and maintenance of library resource guides and user training materials. Assist in the selection, acquisition, and processing of new library materials. Assist with maintenance and troubleshooting of the library’s automation system and world-wide-web pages. Assist in supervision of part-time library staff.
