Change A Mind. Change A Life.

Change a Mind. Change a Life.

Things are changing dramatically and rapidly at Central Georgia Technical College. New programs are being developed to meet the challenging demands of today's business environment. For example, state-of-the-art medical facilities offer students the opportunity to learn hands-on in a clinical environment. Information technology labs are filled with students developing animation and graphic design skills by utilizing the latest software and computer systems.

As our region's workforce demands grow, the financial obligations for CGTC also increase. Limited state funding can not solely support the growing needs for expansion and continuation of vital programs. Central Georgia Technical College Foundation supporters know that education is truly a catalyst for change. As students of all ages and backgrounds broaden their horizons, they realize their unique potential to become contributing, successful members of our vibrant, dynamic, and diverse community.

When you change a mind, you change a life. Knowledge is indeed powerful. By developing skills and expertise, CGTC students gain confidence and improve self-worth. Georgia's HOPE grant and scholarship, as well as other assistance programs, have dramatically improved the opportunities for many college prospects. However, other deserving, motivated adults do not fit the criteria set for these programs. Their education goals remain unfulfilled due to economic barriers.

Annual Giving Campaign

Although the Annual Giving Campaign is ongoing, there is a December 3rd deadline for submitting the paperwork to be eligible for payroll deduction for full-time employees. You may also support CGTC with a donation to the Foundation by check or credit card.
