This class covers the very basics of Windows. Learn how to use the taskbar to switch between open applications; minimize, maximize, and restore windows; Move and resize windows; use dialog boxes effectively; access menus with the mouse and with the keyboard; use “cut and paste” and “copy and paste” to move and copy files and data; use the Start Menu to access applications and to view the applications on your computer; open, save, and close files within an application; understand file folders; use basic guidelines for using the left or the right mouse button and when to single or double click; and many more tasks that you will perform every day.
