Admission Procedures for Returning Students

Thank you for your interest in Central Georgia Technical College

Returning applicants are required to complete the following steps to be accepted into the college.

1. Submit a completed admissions application by the quarterly application deadline.  The admissions application may be completed and submitted online.
   

2. Any student who is not enrolled at CGTC for two quarters or more, is required to complete an admissions application to be accepted for the desired quarter of enrollment.  The $15 application is a one-time fee and is not charged to returning students.
   

3. The admissions staff will review the student's academic history and test scores for readmission.  The student will be notified if additional Asset Testing is required.  
   

4. Upon completion of the admissions process, online applicants will receive an acceptance email and registration instructions.  A student must be accepted to the College before he/she may be registered for courses.  Please note:  Acceptance to the college does not guarantee registration in a specific course.  Registration for online courses is subject to space availability.
