COMPUTER SUPPORT SPECIALIST (CIM4)
This program prepares students for entry-level positions
in areas of microcomputer hardware and software installation,
maintenance, and support, and options for expert level knowledge
of application software tools. Target areas include CompTIA
A+ and Net +, Microsoft Office User Specialist (MOUS) certification,
and Help Desk Institutes Help Desk Analyst (HDA) certification.
Each of these areas trains students for superior customer
service skills for on-site support.
