Technical Certificate of Credit

The Certified Customer Service Specialist technical certificate program provides training in the core interpersonal and technical skills that are required to deliver exceptional customer service in a broad range of customer contact occupations (i.e.: retail, service, etc.). A key focus of the program is to stimulate the economic development of Georgia by creating an available, skilled work force. Students completing the program with a completion rate of 80 percent or better will receive official certification through QuickStart.
