that prepares students to function as pharmacy technicians
in positions requiring the mixing of prescribed medicines
and the compounding of preparations according to prescriptions
under the supervision of a pharmacist. Program graduates are

math, computer literacy, and interpersonal relations; additionally,
graduates are expected to perform basic occupational functions
including pouring, weighing, or measuring dosages; grinding,
heating, filtering, dissolving, and mixing liquid or soluble
