PARAMEDIC TECHNOLOGY DEGREE (EM03)
The Paramedic Technology Associate of Applied Science Degree
program prepares students for employment in a paramedic position
in today’s health services field. The program provides learning
opportunities that introduce, develop, and reinforce academic and
occupational knowledge, skills, and attitudes required for job acquisition,
retention, and advancement. The program provides opportunities for
individuals at the EMT level to upgrade present knowledge and skills
to the more advanced paramedic level. Graduates of the program receive
a Paramedic Technology associate degree and are eligible to sit
for the Paramedic National Registry Examination for state and national
