STUDENT

Student must follow current BellSouth Educational Assistance/Tuition Aid program guidelines for payment of tuition. Students may purchase books through the school bookstore or other sources or download the material for free. However, PARTNERSHIP will not pay for books or the $15 registration fee.

PREPAY

1. Student must contact CGTC (http://www.centralgatech.edu/bellsouth).
2. Student must register with college (http://www.centralgatech.edu/bellsouth).
3. Student pay or send $15 registration fee to CGTC
4. Once student is registered at CGTC, obtain RF-1806 form.
   go to the PARTNERSHIP/EA website: http://my.bls.com/hrplus/partnership
5. Upon completion of class, student must submit/send grade to the
   PARTNERSHIP/EA office.

REIMBURSEMENT

1. Student must contact college (http://www.centralgatech.edu/bellsouth).
2. Students must register with college (http://www.centralgatech.edu/bellsouth).
3. Student pays college application fee (http://www.centralgatech.edu/bellsouth).
4. Student must satisfactorily complete class with a grade of “C”, or better or provide a certificate of completion, a detailed invoice for tuition costs and proof of payment within six months of completing the course.
