General Education Development (GED®) Preparation
Pre-GED® and GED® preparation classes are provided by CGTC’s Adult Education Division at various locations and are free to participants. The end goal for participants in these courses is a passing score on the GED® Examination. 90 percent of CGTC’s GED® test-takers passed the exam in 2016 Fiscal Year.
GED® Testing is offered on each of the College’s three main campuses. Test preparation is also provided by the Adult Education Program at each campus and several centers, and is free to participants.
